Delicious appetizers created from reinterpretations of ancient Sardinian recipes; we have been offering for more than twenty years: Razza with pecorino, Scallops with Mazza Frissa and bottarga, fresh seafood both as crudités and cooked, prepared with imagination but always respecting Sardinian authenticity.
We also serve fresh pasta, homemade as per tradition, mixed grilled fish, fried fish served with the typical garlic sauce, local fish and tasty shellfish.

And for those who love meat…

Zero kilometer cured meats and cheeses, delicious land tapas, culurgiones and handmade gnocchi; local pork, beef, wild boar and monzette, i.e. the snails also eaten by our most ancient ancestors.

And for those with a sweet tooth, a wide choice of homemade desserts to suit all tastes.

Our master pizza chef, Dario Busceddu, creates magical doughs with long controlled leavening with the most refined flours of Sardinia, prepared with ancient stone-worked and unrefined grains.
You can choose between different types of flours and processes: cereal flour, Kamut flour, Venere rice flour.

But such an important and refined dough needs the best ingredients…
